What we collect, and why.

Who we are

Bedrock Media, a digital marketing agency working with clients in the United States, Europe, the Gulf and South Asia. Contact: info@bedrockmedia.io.

What this site collects

Form submissions. When you send a message or request a plan, we store your name, email address, the company and budget range if you gave them, your message, the time, your IP address and browser identifier, and how you arrived at the site (the first page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the address). We use this to reply to you and to understand which of our marketing brought you here.

Session cookie. One cookie, named bedrock_session, keeps your form secure against forgery and remembers how you arrived while you browse. It expires when you close the browser and contains no personal data itself.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access logs (address, page, time, browser) for security and to keep the site running.

Analytics. If we enable Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, this page will say so here, and they will collect usage data under Google's own policy. As of the date above, neither is enabled.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside Bedrock Media, except the service providers that host this site and deliver our email, who process it only on our behalf. We do not send newsletters unless you asked for one.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation and any resulting engagement last, and for up to two years afterwards for our records. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period under its own policy.

Your choices

Email us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will do so within ten working days unless we are legally required to keep it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
